Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 27, 2026
Last Updated: September 27, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using an AZ SkillCare website or online service, you agree to these Terms and to any other policies or notices that apply to the specific service you are using, including our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Cookie Notice.

Terms for Using the AZ SkillCare Website and Online Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AZ SkillCare LLC (“AZ SkillCare,” “AZSC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, online forms, student-facing website features, portals, payment links, digital resources, and other online services that link to or incorporate these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or online service.

AZ SkillCare currently provides its educational and training services to adults age 18 and older. These Terms apply to prospective students, applicants, students, graduates, customers, website visitors, business partners, and other adults who use our website or online services.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to the public AZ SkillCare website and to online services that AZ SkillCare owns, operates, or makes available for activities such as requesting information, applying for a program, registering for training, accessing student resources, making payments, viewing schedules, communicating with AZ SkillCare, or using other digital services.

Some AZ SkillCare services may have additional terms, policies, enrollment agreements, payment agreements, releases, program rules, student policies, or third-party requirements. Those additional documents continue to apply to the service or activity they cover.

These website Terms do not replace a signed enrollment agreement, student agreement, refund or cancellation policy, payment plan, financing agreement, media release, program-specific requirement, or another document that expressly governs a particular relationship or transaction. If a specific signed agreement conflicts with these general website Terms on a matter covered by that agreement, the specific agreement will generally control that matter.

2. Adult Eligibility and Accurate Information

AZ SkillCare currently accepts students who are at least 18 years old. You should not submit an application, enrollment form, registration, payment arrangement, or student-account request if you do not meet the age requirement applicable to the program or service.

When you submit information to AZ SkillCare, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You should not impersonate another person, create an account in another person’s name without authorization, submit falsified records, or knowingly provide materially false or misleading information.

Submitting an application or form does not by itself guarantee admission, enrollment, a reserved seat, program eligibility, financing approval, course completion, certification, licensure, employment, or any other result. AZ SkillCare may need to review additional information, confirm class availability, receive payment or an approved payment arrangement, or verify that applicable program requirements have been satisfied before enrollment is confirmed.

3. Educational and Informational Purpose of the Website

AZ SkillCare provides website content to explain our programs, services, policies, educational resources, career-related information, and ways to interact with the school. We make reasonable efforts to keep that information useful and current, but website content is general information and may not describe every circumstance that could apply to a particular student.

Educational material on the website is not a substitute for individualized legal, financial, medical, licensing, regulatory, employment, or other professional advice. AZ SkillCare is an education and training organization and does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship simply because a visitor reads health-related educational information on our website.

If information on the website relates to a regulated occupation, certification, examination, employer requirement, or government requirement, users remain responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate licensing agency, testing organization, certification body, employer, or other responsible authority.

4. Program Information, Schedules, and Availability

AZ SkillCare may publish information about programs, class dates, schedules, tuition, course length, instructional format, materials, instructors, eligibility requirements, promotional pricing, or other program details. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but educational operations sometimes require changes.

Class dates, instructors, room assignments, delivery formats, program availability, prices, promotions, or other details may change when reasonably necessary. A class may also be postponed, rescheduled, combined, or canceled because of enrollment levels, instructor availability, weather, emergencies, facility issues, technology problems, regulatory changes, or other operational circumstances.

When a change directly affects an enrolled student, AZ SkillCare will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information using the contact information associated with the student’s enrollment.

A website listing or advertised date does not by itself guarantee that a seat is reserved. Enrollment or registration is confirmed only through the process AZ SkillCare identifies for the particular program.

5. Examination, Certification, Licensure, and Employment Outcomes

Some AZ SkillCare programs are designed to provide education, skills review, exam preparation, continuing education, or career-related training. Successful completion of AZ SkillCare training does not automatically mean that a student has earned a separate professional license, government credential, national certification, or employment position unless AZ SkillCare expressly states that the specific credential is issued as part of that program.

When a program prepares students for an examination administered by a government agency, testing company, credentialing organization, or other third party, the third party controls its own eligibility rules, examination procedures, fees, scoring, scheduling, certification requirements, and policies. Those requirements may change independently of AZ SkillCare.

AZ SkillCare does not guarantee that a student will pass a third-party examination, obtain a license or certification, receive employer approval, obtain employment, receive a particular wage, or achieve a particular career result. Outcomes depend on factors that may include student preparation, attendance, performance, third-party requirements, background requirements, employer decisions, examination results, and other circumstances outside AZ SkillCare’s control.

References to third-party organizations, credentials, examinations, products, or services are provided to identify relevant resources or requirements and do not necessarily mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with AZ SkillCare unless that relationship is expressly stated.

6. Applications, Registration, and Electronic Communications

AZ SkillCare may use online forms for requests for information, applications, registrations, payments, scheduling, acknowledgments, releases, or other school activities. When you submit an electronic form, you are responsible for reviewing the information before submitting it.

Electronic submission may be treated as your request, instruction, acknowledgment, or agreement where the form clearly states that effect. Some transactions may still require an additional signature, payment, identity check, approval, or separate agreement before they become final.

Communications related to an inquiry, application, enrollment, payment, schedule, or student service may be sent electronically when appropriate. How AZ SkillCare collects and uses contact information is explained in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

7. Student Accounts, Portals, and Account Security

Some AZ SkillCare services may require a user account, student portal, learning-system login, or other authenticated access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using your account only for authorized purposes.

Do not share passwords or other authentication credentials unless AZ SkillCare expressly authorizes a particular access arrangement. You may not access another user’s account, administrative functions, restricted records, private files, systems, or databases without authorization.

AZ SkillCare may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account, system, student, or service. Additional information about AZ SkillCare security and handling of personal information appears in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

8. Tuition, Payments, Financing, and Refunds

Tuition, fees, deposits, payment schedules, promotional offers, refund terms, cancellation terms, and other financial requirements may vary by program. The terms that apply to a particular enrollment or transaction will be identified in the applicable enrollment documents, payment agreement, checkout process, program information, or other specific notice.

Website information about price or payment options should be read together with the terms that apply to the specific transaction. A payment does not necessarily create a right to attend a class if other required enrollment steps have not been completed.

AZ SkillCare may use third-party companies to process payments, offer financing, or provide installment services. Those providers operate under their own terms, eligibility standards, approval processes, fees, and account rules. Approval by a third-party provider is determined by that provider, not by AZ SkillCare.

Unless a specific AZ SkillCare document states otherwise, these website Terms do not create or modify a refund entitlement. Refunds, cancellations, transfers, rescheduling, and payment obligations are governed by the policy or agreement applicable to the program or transaction. Information about how payment-related personal information is handled appears in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The AZ SkillCare website and its original content may include text, course descriptions, educational materials, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, downloads, worksheets, forms, branding, software elements, and other materials. Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by AZ SkillCare, licensed to AZ SkillCare, or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view the public website and may download or print materials that AZ SkillCare expressly makes available for your own lawful personal, educational, or noncommercial use, subject to any additional restrictions shown with the material.

Permission to view or download material does not transfer ownership. Unless AZ SkillCare or the applicable rights holder gives permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, remove ownership notices from, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected AZ SkillCare content.

AZ SkillCare names, logos, program branding, and other identifying marks may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or affiliation.

10. Automated Collection, Scraping, and Artificial Intelligence Use

Automated access to the AZ SkillCare website must not interfere with the operation, security, or intended use of the site. You may not use bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, bulk-download tools, or similar methods to collect substantial portions of AZ SkillCare content, student information, or restricted data without authorization.

Unless AZ SkillCare gives written permission or applicable law clearly permits the activity, AZ SkillCare website content may not be systematically copied or harvested to build commercial datasets, train or fine-tune artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, create unauthorized competing educational products, or redistribute substantial portions of AZ SkillCare materials.

This restriction does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technology, lawful browser functions, or other uses that AZ SkillCare has authorized.

Information about AZ SkillCare’s own use of artificial intelligence and automated tools is provided in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website and Online Services

You agree to use AZ SkillCare online services lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with other users, compromise security, damage systems, or misuse information.

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, probe or scan systems without authorization, introduce malicious software, overload the website, interfere with another person’s access, collect credentials, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, send unlawful or abusive communications, or use AZ SkillCare systems to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

You also may not use AZ SkillCare online services to transmit material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, intentionally deceptive, malicious, or designed to damage or disrupt another person or system.

AZ SkillCare may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access, preserve relevant information, or take other reasonable action when necessary to protect the school, its students, systems, records, or legal rights.

12. User Submissions, Feedback, Testimonials, and Social Media

You remain responsible for information, documents, comments, reviews, feedback, or other material that you choose to submit to AZ SkillCare. You should submit only material that you have the right to provide.

If you voluntarily provide a suggestion, general feedback, or idea about improving AZ SkillCare services, AZ SkillCare may use that feedback for legitimate educational or business improvement unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Rules concerning personal information, photographs, testimonials, recordings, and social-media privacy are addressed in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy and any applicable release or consent form.

13. External Websites and Third-Party Services

The AZ SkillCare website may link to third-party websites or services, including testing organizations, credentialing bodies, payment providers, financing services, scheduling systems, social-media platforms, and other external services.

Unless expressly stated, a link does not mean that AZ SkillCare owns, controls, sponsors, or endorses the third party. Independent services operate under their own terms, prices, eligibility requirements, availability, and policies.

AZ SkillCare is not responsible for changes made by an independent third party to its services or requirements. Privacy and cookie practices of third-party services are addressed further in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Cookie Notice.

14. Privacy, Cookies, and Data Protection

Your use of the AZ SkillCare website is also subject to the Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Cookie Notice. Those documents govern AZ SkillCare’s handling of personal information and its use of cookies and similar website technologies.

These Terms do not replace either policy. Using the website also does not authorize you to access, disclose, download, copy, or use private records, account information, or other restricted information belonging to another person.

15. Website Accuracy, Availability, and Changes

AZ SkillCare makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful website information. However, websites can contain typographical errors, outdated information, broken links, temporary technical problems, or information that has changed since publication.

AZ SkillCare may correct, update, remove, reorganize, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every page, portal, link, download, or online feature will always be available without interruption or error.

If website information differs from an applicable signed agreement, official student record, current written program notice, or authoritative regulatory requirement, the more specific controlling source should be used.

Users should contact AZ SkillCare when a website statement appears inconsistent with enrollment information or when clarification is needed before making an important decision.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The AZ SkillCare website and general website content are provided for informational and educational purposes and are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

AZ SkillCare does not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components, although reasonable safeguards and maintenance practices may be used.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AZ SkillCare is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from a person’s use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website or an independent third-party website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law, or eliminate obligations created by a separate enforceable agreement between AZ SkillCare and a student or customer.

17. Suspension or Termination of Online Access

AZ SkillCare may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an online account, portal, website feature, or other digital service when reasonably necessary because of suspected security issues, unauthorized activity, misuse, violation of these Terms, nonpayment where access is legitimately conditioned on payment, termination of the underlying service, or another lawful operational reason.

Termination of website or portal access does not automatically cancel financial, academic, recordkeeping, confidentiality, or other obligations that arose before access ended.

AZ SkillCare may preserve records relating to misuse, security incidents, transactions, or account activity when reasonably necessary for legal, security, administrative, or recordkeeping purposes.

18. Governing Law, Severability, and Enforcement

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s law.

To the extent permitted by law, a legal proceeding arising specifically from the use of the AZ SkillCare website or these Terms should be brought in a state or federal court having appropriate jurisdiction in or over Charlotte County, Florida, unless another applicable law or enforceable agreement requires a different forum.

If a court determines that one part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent they can operate independently.

AZ SkillCare’s decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

These Terms do not prevent AZ SkillCare from enforcing a separate enrollment agreement, payment agreement, intellectual-property right, privacy requirement, or other applicable policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

AZ SkillCare may update these Terms as our website, educational services, technology, online tools, payment systems, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The Last Updated date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Changes generally become effective when the revised Terms are posted unless a different effective date is stated.

When a change materially affects a service with registered users, AZ SkillCare may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use the website after revised Terms become effective means that your future use of the website is subject to the revised Terms.

A change to these website Terms does not automatically amend a separate signed student, payment, financing, or other agreement unless that agreement permits amendment in that manner.
