AZ SkillCare provides several ways to pay for eligible programs and services.
Before making a payment, review the tuition and fees for your selected program. Depending on the program, purchase amount, and individual eligibility, you may pay in full, establish an approved AZ SkillCare payment arrangement, use an available Buy Now, Pay Later option, or receive payment through an approved employer or third-party sponsor.
Available payment methods and payment schedules may vary by program. Your enrollment or class placement is confirmed after applicable enrollment requirements are completed and the required payment has been received or an approved payment arrangement is in place.

Ways to Pay
Review the options below to understand how you may pay for your AZ SkillCare program or service. Availability may depend on the program, transaction amount, payment provider, and other eligibility requirements.

Pay in Full
Pay your program balance in full using an available payment method.
Paying in full completes the payment requirement for the applicable charge and eliminates the need to maintain an AZ SkillCare installment schedule.
Before paying, confirm your selected program or service, the amount due, and any separately identified fees.

AZ SkillCare Payment Plan
An approved AZ SkillCare payment arrangement may allow eligible students to divide their program cost into scheduled payments.
Before accepting a payment arrangement, you will receive the applicable payment schedule, amount due to begin the arrangement, remaining balance, and payment due dates.
Payments must be made according to the approved payment schedule. Availability and terms may vary by program.

Buy Now, Pay Later
Eligible purchases over $250 may qualify for Buy Now, Pay Later options available through Stripe checkout, including Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm.
These services may allow eligible customers to divide a purchase into installments while AZ SkillCare receives payment through the payment provider.
Available providers and payment terms are determined at checkout based on eligibility, transaction amount, location, and the third-party provider’s requirements. Approval is not determined or guaranteed by AZ SkillCare.
If a Buy Now, Pay Later option is available for your purchase, the eligible option will be presented during checkout.

Employer or Third-Party Sponsorship
Your employer, workforce organization, community partner, or another approved third party may be able to pay some or all of an eligible program cost.
If another organization will be paying toward your program, contact AZ SkillCare before making a personal payment. This allows us to confirm any authorization, billing, documentation, or invoicing requirements and identify any remaining student balance.
Third-party funding is considered approved only after the applicable authorization or payment arrangement has been confirmed by AZ SkillCare.

Other Approved Payment Arrangement
If the available payment options do not fit your situation, contact AZ SkillCare before enrollment to ask whether another payment arrangement is available for your program.
Alternative arrangements must be approved and documented by AZ SkillCare before they are considered active payment arrangements.

- Review the amount due and any applicable payment schedule.
- Make sure your name and contact information match your enrollment information.
- Confirm whether an employer, workforce organization, or another third party will be paying any portion of your balance.
- Review applicable cancellation and refund terms.
- Keep your payment confirmation or receipt for your records.
What Your Payment Covers
Your AZ SkillCare payment covers the tuition, fees, products, or services specifically identified during enrollment or checkout.
Unless expressly included in your program price, fees charged directly by outside organizations may be separate from amounts paid to AZ SkillCare. These may include applicable examination, certification, fingerprinting, background-screening, licensing, or other third-party charges.

Payment Information
Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, employers, workforce organizations, and other outside funding sources are independent third parties.
Approval, eligibility, payment schedules, financing terms, and other conditions established by a third-party provider are determined by that provider and not by AZ SkillCare.
The availability of a payment method at checkout does not guarantee approval.

Submitting a payment does not by itself complete enrollment unless all applicable enrollment, documentation, and payment requirements have also been satisfied.

This page explains the methods available for paying an AZ SkillCare balance. It does not offer federal financial aid, Pell Grants, or federal student loans.
Outside funding, when it applies, is separate from these payment methods. Availability varies. Confirm eligibility and approval before relying on an outside funding source to satisfy a payment requirement.
