Clear Pricing for AZ SkillCare Programs and Training Services

AZ SkillCare believes students should be able to understand the cost of training before they enroll.

This page answers a simple question: What does AZ SkillCare training cost?

Information about how to pay is provided on the Payment Options page. Information about outside funding, workforce assistance, employer support, or third-party financing is provided on the Financial Aid page.

Prices shown here are current as of September 27, 2026. AZ SkillCare may update tuition, fees, schedules, or promotional pricing as programs and services change. The price confirmed for a particular enrollment is the price shown in the applicable registration, enrollment, payment, or program documentation.

Payment & Financial Support

Paying for training should be clear and manageable. AZ SkillCare offers payment options and may accept or work with approved third-party financing, employer support, workforce funding, and other outside assistance when available. Eligibility and approval for outside funding are determined by the applicable provider or organization.

2. CNA Exam Preparation Options

AZ SkillCare currently offers three CNA Exam Preparation options so that students can choose the amount and pace of preparation that best matches their needs.

The 32-Hour CNA Exam Preparation Program is $700 and provides the most extensive scheduled preparation of the three options. The current format is four hours per day, two days per week, over four weeks. This option is appropriate for students who want more time for instruction, review, repeated skills practice, questions, and preparation before testing.

The 15-Hour CNA Exam Preparation Program is $550 and is delivered in a more concentrated format: three hours per day for five days during one week. It is designed for students who want structured preparation but prefer a shorter overall schedule.

The 12-Hour CNA Exam Preparation Program is $475 and is currently scheduled as four hours per day for three days during one week. It is the most condensed of the three CNA preparation options.

These are exam-preparation offerings. They should not be interpreted as a promise that a student will pass a state or third-party examination. Students remain responsible for meeting the eligibility, application, testing, identification, scheduling, and other requirements established by the organization that administers the examination.

3. CPR / BLS Training

AZ SkillCare CPR / BLS training is currently $70. The class generally takes approximately three to four hours and is normally completed in one day.

The course price applies to the AZ SkillCare CPR / BLS offering described at the time of registration. Students should review the applicable course page or registration information for the current class date, training format, certification information, and any requirements that apply to their session.

4. Medication Assistance / Med Tech Training

The current tuition for AZ SkillCare 6-Hour Medication Assistance / Med Tech Training is $125. The training is generally completed in one day.

This is a training program and should not be interpreted as a promise of a separate state license, job title, employment position, or employer acceptance. Students should review the Med Tech program information for the current course scope and any requirements that apply to the setting in which they intend to work.

5. CNA Skills Refresher and Practice Access

The CNA Skills Refresher / Practice option is $150 and provides up to 10 hours of skills-practice and equipment access before the student’s exam.

This option is intended for students who have already received CNA instruction or preparation and want additional time to refresh or repeat hands-on skills before testing. It is not a replacement for the 12-hour, 15-hour, or 32-hour CNA Exam Preparation programs.

Practice time may be scheduled according to equipment, lab, instructor, and facility availability. Students should arrange practice early enough to complete the available hours before their examination date.

6. CNA Exam Practice Question Bundle

The CNA Exam Practice Question Bundle is $35 and is delivered online.

The bundle is designed as a substantial study resource rather than a single short quiz. It includes 150 exam-style practice questions organized into three 50-question study sets, along with a 60-question timed mock exam designed to provide practice in a format similar in length to the current Florida written CNA examination.

Practice questions include the correct answer, an explanation or rationale, and topic-based review information where appropriate. The purpose is to help students understand why an answer is correct, identify areas that need additional study, and practice applying CNA knowledge rather than simply memorizing an answer key.

The practice materials are independently developed for AZ SkillCare students. They are not official Prometric examination questions, are not copied from a secure examination, and should not be represented as actual questions that will appear on a state or third-party exam.

7. EKG Tech Prep and English at Work

AZ SkillCare is developing an online EKG Tech Prep offering. Tuition will be published when the program is ready for enrollment. Until a price is formally posted by AZ SkillCare, no estimated or placeholder price should be treated as the program tuition.

English at Work is planned for Zoom and/or online delivery. Current pricing and enrollment dates will be published when registration becomes available.

Keeping developing-program prices separate from active-program prices helps ensure that prospective students are not asked to rely on tuition information that has not yet been finalized.

8. What Tuition Covers

The published tuition or service price covers the AZ SkillCare instruction, training, practice access, or digital resource described for that particular offering.

The exact materials, equipment, online access, instructional hours, or other items included can vary by program. When a program requires a student to obtain something separately, AZ SkillCare should identify that requirement before or during enrollment whenever reasonably possible.

A student should not assume that an AZ SkillCare tuition price automatically includes fees charged by an outside organization. State applications, third-party examinations, certification applications, background checks, fingerprinting, transportation, employment requirements, or other external costs may be separate unless AZ SkillCare expressly states that they are included.

This distinction is important because AZ SkillCare controls its own tuition and service prices, but it does not control fees established by government agencies, testing companies, certification organizations, employers, or other independent third parties.

9. Third-Party Examination and Certification Costs

Some students may pursue an examination, certification, credential, employment requirement, or other service administered by an organization outside AZ SkillCare. Those organizations establish their own application processes, eligibility requirements, examination fees, rescheduling fees, identification requirements, and other charges.

Unless AZ SkillCare specifically states otherwise in writing, those third-party costs are not included in the tuition prices listed on this page.

Third-party fees may change without notice to AZ SkillCare. Students should verify current requirements and fees directly with the organization responsible for the examination, credential, or service.

10. Deposits and Payment Arrangements

For programs where an AZ SkillCare installment arrangement is available, a $375 deposit may be required to begin the approved payment arrangement or reserve enrollment, depending on the program and the terms presented during enrollment.

A deposit is part of the student’s total program cost; it is not an additional tuition charge unless the applicable enrollment or payment terms expressly state otherwise.

Payment arrangements, installment timing, accepted payment methods, payment links, and other payment procedures are explained on the Payment Options page. Students should review the payment terms that apply to their specific enrollment before submitting payment.

11. Promotions and Price Changes

AZ SkillCare may occasionally offer a temporary promotional price, discount, introductory offer, or other approved promotion. A promotion applies only during the period and under the conditions stated with that offer.

The existence of a current or previous promotion does not permanently change a program’s regular tuition price. Promotions may have an expiration date, enrollment limit, class-date restriction, or other stated condition.

AZ SkillCare may revise tuition or fees as programs, instructional requirements, materials, technology, operating costs, or services change. Updated pricing will be posted or provided before it applies to a new enrollment.

12. Tuition, Payment Options, and Financial Assistance Are Different

AZ SkillCare separates these topics so students can more easily understand their choices.

Tuition & Fees explains the price of AZ SkillCare programs and services.

Payment Options explains how students can pay AZ SkillCare, including applicable payment links and approved payment arrangements.

Financial Aid explains available or developing sources of outside financial assistance, third-party financing, employer support, workforce funding, and similar resources. Eligibility and approval for outside assistance are determined by the applicable provider or funding organization.

AZ SkillCare does not represent that every student will qualify for financial assistance, financing, employer reimbursement, workforce funding, or another third-party source.

13. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Rescheduling

Payment of tuition does not eliminate the terms that apply to cancellations, transfers, rescheduling, missed classes, withdrawals, or refunds.

The rules that apply to a particular enrollment may depend on the program, class date, payment arrangement, and applicable student or enrollment agreement. Students should review the terms provided with their registration or enrollment before making payment.

If a separate AZ SkillCare refund, cancellation, or student policy applies to the transaction, that policy controls the matter it addresses.

14. Questions About Tuition

Students who are unsure which CNA preparation option is appropriate, what a particular program price includes, or whether a separate outside fee may apply should ask before completing enrollment.

AZ SkillCare can explain its own tuition, program charges, approved payment arrangements, and current published services. Questions about fees or eligibility controlled by an outside testing organization, government agency, financing provider, workforce organization, or employer may need to be answered by that organization.
